What do scientists need, in order to function and grow optimally? A debate between HRM advisors and scientists, with special reference to economic and societal impact. Plus innovative workshops and great lectures: get inspired!

Scientists have a lot on their plate: research, teaching, valorisation, management, career, etc. What helps them to execute all their tasks, while being able to grow and maintaining their personal motivation and happiness?
