Met de conferentie ‘Let scientists shine!’ vierde ElroyCOM in 2015 haar tienjarig bestaan. Gerenommeerde sprekers als Eveline van Erp, drs. Leonie van Drooge, prof. dr. Paul Groot, prof. dr. Ellen Rutten, dr. Mirjam Leloux en dr. Rico Schuijers deelden in debatten en workshops hun kennis en tips over persoonlijke groei, motivatie en geluk met de aanwezige wetenschappers en HR-adviseurs.

What do scientists need, in order to function and grow optimally? A debate between HRM advisors and scientists, with special reference to economic and societal impact. Plus innovative workshops and great lectures: get inspired!

 
Scientists have a lot on their plate: research, teaching, valorisation, management, career, etc. What helps them to execute all their tasks, while being able to grow and maintaining their personal motivation and happiness? In an interactive setting, we discuss talent development policies, education opportunities, optimal working conditions, systematic flaws and perverse incentives, as well as personal motivation. During the lectures and workshops we share knowlegde and exchange tips.
