Scientists have a lot on their plate: research, teaching, valorisation, management, career, etc. What helps them to execute all their tasks, while being able to grow and maintaining their personal motivation and happiness? In an interactive setting, we discuss talent development policies, education opportunities, optimal working conditions, systematic flaws and perverse incentives, as well as personal motivation. During the lectures and workshops we share knowlegde and exchange tips.
