What is leadership? What are your leadership skills? How could you develop yourself further? In this highly interactive online course we help you to strengthen your leadership skills. We discuss the main leadership theories so you can define your own view on your leadership and shape the direction of your development. With exercises of your choice you can practice skills between the course days. Sharing experiences and tips with your peers (the other participants) is an important part of the course. With the help of a professional training actor, we use Situational Leadership (Hersey & Blanchard 2004) as a framework to practice various situations within the context of leadership. We also adress giving and receiving feedback, how to delegate, how to motivate. You can suggest a situation you would like to practice, such as: How do I delegate?, What if my employee or student lacks skills?, What is the difference between coaching and teaching, and how do I apply this? We will fine-tune the program based on your intake form, which we ask you to fill in before the course, so as to address your individual wishes. You will receive a certificate for completing the course.

Payment and Cancellation policy
After your registration (see form below) you will receive an invoice, addressed to you personally. This bill must be paid within one month after registration. Participants will not be accepted in the course if the payment has not been confirmed. After registration and payment, cancellations will be accepted only via this email address. If we receive your cancellation per email more than 14 days before the start of the course, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel later than 14 days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 50% of your ticket price, regardless of the reason for cancellation. In case ElroyCOM Training must cancel the course or workshop, your payment will fully and immediately be refunded.

Please note that your registration is finalized, only after payment of the invoice that you will receive. The invoice must be payed 1 month after registration, and before the closing date of the registration (1st of August 2020).
