Online individual sessions with an experienced coach
Target group: Scientists (ranging from full professors to PhD students)

Some scientists wish to go more in-depth after one of our courses, others may need input for reflection or help with decision-making about the direction of their career or life. Yet others want to work on their confidence. You can choose any topic you wish, in the online individual sessions. You register and add a brief desciption of the topic you wish to discuss. After registration and your first session, you are free to plan more sessions with the coach Paulien Weikamp if you wish.

Paulien Weikamp is a senior trainer and psychologist at ElroyCOM Training. Over the last 15 years she has trained hunderds of scientists. With great knowledge of the academia, she covers a wide range of topics such as leadership and management, cooperation with project partners or colleagues, how to manage your boss, difficult conversations, dealing with work pressure and stress, conflict, confidence, anxiety, imposter syndrome, presenting, PhD project management, etc. With both understanding and compassion as well as analysis she helps you to change your view, attitude or skillset. Due to the high demand for her expertise, we offer a limited number of individual sessions each year.

Dates and sessions
You can choose any of the following sessions. It is possible to register for more than one session, but you would have to register each session separately. It is easier to register for one session and then book more sessions directly with Paulien after your first session. If you can’t find a suitable date/time, please email us.

Payment, funding and cancellation policy
After your registration (see form below) you will receive an invoice for €150 incl. VAT, addressed to you personally. This bill must be paid at least 24 hours before the planned individual session. In most cases, you will be refunded by your manager or HRM advisor, so we advise you to check your eligibility. Cancellations will be accepted no later than 24 hours before the planned session and only via this email address. After cancellation you can plan an alternative date/time or ask for a refund, if necessary.
